Virtual Assistant

I run two service organizations in the U.S. (home care + housing support) and I’m looking for a VA who can:
Do phone marketing, outreach to nursing homes, assisted living, hospitals, shelters & community support programs
Contact & manage referrals
Automate message responses
Do research on properties, facilities, events
Handle invoices, website payments, paperwork for clients
Hours / schedule: Must be able to work overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time (for example, morning/evening in the Philippines to catch U.S. daytime).

To see if we’d be a good match, could you please do the following:
Send a 1-2 minute voice recording introducing yourself (so I can assess clarity & tone)
Tell me your available hours (in PHT) per week, and the latest hour you can work in PHT
Are you comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. institutions (nursing homes, hospitals)?
As a quick test: find 3 assisted living / nursing homes in North Carolina, and send me their phone, address, any news of closure or relocation (public info).

Describe one similar task you’ve done (calling, outreach, managing referrals).
If all looks good, we’ll schedule a short live call / interview.
