WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You’ll be our right hand. A ninja. A bridge. A creator of calm and clarity.
Your role will evolve, but here’s where we’ll start:

1. Client Happiness

• Answer client questions with love and clarity
• Organize onboarding + program access
• Support inside our online communities

2. Sales & Social Support
• Reply to DMs and engage with leads
• Organize call bookings for the sales team
• Help create and post basic social content


3. Admin & Ops Support
• Manage Notion, GHL, Google Drive, Slack, Asana
• Create simple SOPs and checklists
• Organize files, tasks, and team requests

WORKING CONDITIONS

Part-time: 20–40 hours per week, with the possibility to grow into a full-time role

Starting Salary: Between 12,000 to ?45,000 PHP/month, depending on skills, availability, and experience

Growth Plan: Opportunity to grow your salary up to ?57,000+ PHP/month (approx. $1,000+ USD) within 12 months, based on performance and commitment
