Virtual Assistant – Construction & Deck Building

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with real construction knowledge — specifically in deck building and cost estimating — to support our sales and project management team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with phone support for incoming calls and texts, clerical and administrative tasks and project estimation (labor & materials).
• Vet potential clients online and over the phone with our standard templates and procedures.
• Update and maintain lead generation software and estimate metrics.
• Coordinate project consultations, client updates and weekly reporting.
• Translate sales handoffs for consultations and appointment follow-up.
• Manage CRM/project management software and vendor communication.
Requirements:
• Experience in construction admin, estimating, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of deck building processes and material costs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction software is a plus.
