JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Remote Administrative Support Specialist with proven Executive Assistant (EA) or Virtual Assistant (VA) experience. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities while keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Organize, format, and proofread documents

Manage and prioritize emails (sorting, responding, and flagging important items)

Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and deadlines

Handle client communications, follow-ups, and appointment setting

Prepare invoices, track payments, and maintain billing records

Input and update data in software, CRMs, or databases

Organize and maintain cloud-based file systems

Coordinate domestic and international travel plans

Support marketing efforts (social media posts, writing, and engagement)

Assist with personal scheduling, calendar management, and general planning tasks

What We’re Looking For

Prior EA or VA experience (required)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based tools

Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Professional, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities
