We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable E-Commerce VA to support our growing brand. This role combines marketing execution with product support, so you’ll need to be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

???? Video Editing – Edit short-form videos for ads and social media content.

???? Email Marketing – Create, schedule, and optimize email campaigns (Klaviyo experience preferred).

???? Facebook Ads – Assist with ad setup, creative uploads, and tracking results.

???? Product Support – Register new products, assist with product-related admin tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in video editing, email marketing, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Able to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Detail-oriented and dependable.
