What You’ll Do
*Booking & Scheduling: Manage and confirm reservations in our calendar.
*Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to qualify new inquiries and ensure they are a good fit.
*Customer Support: Respond to messages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Email, Voicemail, SMS, and Phone Calls.
*Bookkeeping Support: Help track invoices, payments, and keep financial records organized.
*Team Support: Stay one step ahead and take initiative to keep operations moving.
*What We’re Looking For:
*Positive attitude, high energy, and a proactive personality.
*Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
*Highly organized and ---------- fortable with tech tools (CRM, email, social media, spreadsheets).

!!!Experience with customer service, booking, or bookkeeping is a plus.
