Virtual Assistant (VA)

About Us
Envy Athletics is a growing cheerleading and tumbling program dedicated to building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations, customer service, and marketing. This role is fully remote and flexible, with opportunities to grow as our program expands.
Responsibilities
• Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and organize communications.
• Maintain program rosters, spreadsheets, and lead trackers on a weekly and monthly basis
• Send follow-up messages to trial class participants and prospective families.
• Assist with creating and sending parent emails, calendars, newsletters, social media content, and more.
• Conduct light research (local events, sponsorships, community outreach).
• Provide weekly reports on leads, registrations, and coaches progress
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Strong written communication skills (friendly, professional, and upbeat).
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva, and social media scheduling tools, Jackrabbit, and a CRM preferred (or willing to learn quickly).
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Reliable, responsive, takes initiative, and able to meet deadlines.
Hours & Compensation
• Part-time, approx. 10–15 hours per week (with potential to grow).
• Must be able to work between 7am-11am
• Compensation: 4-5 US dollars an hour depending on experience. Opportunity for performance bonuses
