We currently have an immediate opening at CDS Services Inc. for the roles of Contracts Development Assistant.
This positions is a direct hire with our company—not through an agency—and offer a stable, long-term career opportunity.
Position Details:
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time / PST)
• Time Off: U.S. Federal Holidays off with pay
• Weekends Off
• Status: Long-term, permanent position (not seeking temporary or short-term workers)
• Must not be working with multiple companies

Contracts Development Assistant – Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, contract coordination, or government contracting preferred
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and extract information from contracts, solicitations, and federal documents
• MUST HAVE Strong verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette for interacting with subcontractors and vendors
• MUST BE Confident in making phone calls to request information, relay contract details, and coordinate submissions. If you aren’t able to make calls, please do not apply
• Familiarity with government platforms such as SAM.gov, eBuy, or FedConnect is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written communication skills for preparing technical responses, bid documents, and correspondence
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
