We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to manage client communications, scheduling, and account operations using FieldRoutes software.
What you'll do:
Handle customer calls and scheduling
Follow up on leads and confirm appointments
Manage payment collections and account updates
Support marketing outreach efforts
Complete daily administrative tasks
What we need:
Strong phone skills and customer service experience
Comfort with technology and learning new software
Ability to handle collections calls professionally
Detail-oriented multitasker
Reliable and self-motivated
