About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Reception & Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. This role is responsible for managing overflow calls and
Key Responsibilities:
CALL HANDLING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Answer overflow calls from our main customer service line
Respond to simple inquiries within 30 seconds or transfer calls to the right department
Take accurate messages and escalate calls when necessary
Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times
EMAIL
Monitor and respond to incoming
Redirect
Track and prioritise communications to ensure timely follow-up
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Confirm bookings and appointments with customers
Assist with data entry, document management, and other admin tasks
Support internal teams with day-to-day operations
ISSUE RESOLUTION AND ESCALATION
Identify and resolve minor customer concerns
Escalate complaints or complex issues to leadership as needed
Record and track issues for proper follow-up
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Confident using
Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player
