As our Virtual Assistant & Credit Repair Specialist, you’ll play a key role in organizing client files, preparing dispute letters, tracking progress, and supporting back-end processes. You’ll work within systems we’ve created and help maintain a high level of service as we scale. You don’t need to be an expert in credit law—we’ll provide training—but you must be organized, trustworthy, and tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
-Organize and maintain client documentation
-Review client credit reports and flag inaccurate or negative items
-Generate and customize dispute letters using templates
-Assist with arbitration prep (template population and data formatting)
-Track dispute progress and client milestones in our CRM or client portal
-Follow SOPs precisely while offering feedback to improve them
-File management across Google Drive and internal systems
-Schedule and support onboarding and follow-up workflows
Must-Have Qualifications:
-Experience in credit repair, finance, or a service-based VA role
-Strong written English, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
-Highly organized and detail-oriented (you double-check your work)
-Comfortable following templates, checklists, and structured processes
-Trustworthy with sensitive personal data and documents
-Fast learner with the ability to work independently
Bonus (Not Required, But Preferred):
Prior experience in a credit repair company or with dispute letters
Familiarity with FCRA, FDCPA, or consumer arbitration (a plus)
Experience using automation tools or workflows
