About the Role – Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership by ensuring smooth daily operations, managing priorities, and enhancing productivity. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling of meetings
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential information
Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and task tracking
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
Act as a point of contact between the executive and tea
Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time Management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in office and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office, project management tools)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
