Job Application Specialist

I am looking for someone to train and bring on to work for me as a Job Application Specialist. This will be a part time role and will only be 3-6 months, but there will be several further available roles down the line. I am looking for someone who has experience handling and submitting applications. I also am looking for someone experienced with excel so they can easily manage the job application tracker. This job will also involve resume editing/adjusting and I am looking for someone that has experience using/substituting keywords and lines in individual resumes to create better results. I will expect you to know how to use and apply through a variety of sites including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and individual company websites. The ideal candidate is self driven, does not need much oversight, and has no problem building out processes and procedures on their own. A lot of this job will involve me giving you the resume and other info needed to apply and then letting you do the rest. I do not want to have to do a ton of oversight, the task is simple enough.
