As a Recruiting VA, you’ll assist with key tasks that keep our hiring pipeline flowing. You’ll work closely with the founder and be instrumental in building a clean, up-to-date, and effective recruiting workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Use LinkedIn, SalesQL, and other tools to source candidates in the U.S. insurance industry
Organize and update our CRM (Loxo) with candidate and client data
Assist with
Help coordinate interviews and scheduling
Perform basic admin tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and file organization
What We're Looking For:
Strong written and spoken English
At least 1 year of VA or recruiting experience (insurance or staffing is a big plus!)
Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic sourcing techniques
Organized, dependable, and able to follow a checklist
Comfortable working part-time on CST hours (flexible, but some overlap required)
