French Translator

ABOUT THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives on keeping things organised and moving. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, supporting our creative and strategy teams with admin, communication, and social content tasks.

You’ll help us stay on top of deadlines, edit short-form videos, coordinate assets, and assist with day-to-day team operations.

You should be comfortable communicating clearly in both English and French, as some light French translation work will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Help project manage content creators
Help translate social copy from English to French
Organise video files and briefs, coordinate content uploads, and support campaign timelines.
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut or a tool of your choice
Assist with preparing creative assets or decks for internal reviews.
Draft simple social copy or captions when needed.
Follow up with creators on missing information or updates.


REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, admin support, project coordinator or something similar. Proficient in both English and French (written and spoken).
Comfortable editing videos for social media (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Google Drive.
Able to work independently and follow through on tasks.
Based in the Philippines or a nearby time zone.
