**About The Frequent Speaker**
We are a growing company that helps professional speakers get booked on more stages. We help speakers stand out, find the right events, and grow their business. If you love research, using tools like AI, and want to help people get seen and heard, this job is for you.
**About Our Clients**
We work with professional speakers who are already getting paid to speak. They care deeply about their message and want to reach more people by getting booked on better stages. Many of them are not very tech-savvy, so they count on us to handle the research and applications for them. Our job is to help them grow their brand and business through speaking.
**What This Job Is**
We’re hiring an Virtual Assistant / Researcher to help our speakers find and apply to speaking opportunities.
You will be in charge of up to 10 speaker accounts. You’ll read their profiles, learn about what they talk about, and then go find events where they could speak. You’ll search the web, use our database, and use AI tools to help you.
Once you find the events, you’ll send them to the speaker for approval. After they say yes, you’ll also fill out and submit the application forms for them.
FULL TRAINING FOR THE JOB WILL BE PROVIDED
**What You’ll Do**
1. Get to Know the Speaker
-Read their speaker profile and learn their story
-Watch videos or visit their website and social media
-Understand who they help, what they talk about, and where they should be speaking
2. Find Events for Them to Apply To
-Use Google, AI tools (like ChatGPT or Perplexity), and our event list to find conferences and events
-Find at least 30 good events per speaker each month
-Make sure the events are a good fit for each speaker
-Keep track of everything in Google Sheets or Airtable
3. Send Events for Approval
-Share the events you find with the speaker
-Wait for them to choose which ones they like
-Be ready to make small edits or updates if needed
4. Apply to Events
-Fill out application forms for each event the speaker says yes to
-Use what you’ve learned about the speaker plus any documents we give you
-Be careful and accurate — these forms help speakers get booked!
5. Stay Organized & Be a Team Player
-Keep your speaker accounts organized and up to date
-Be open to feedback and help from the team
-Show up, do your best, and ask questions when needed
**Who We’re Looking For**
You should be:
-Great at using Google to search
-Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity
-Good with tools like Google Sheets
-Able to follow steps and stay organized
-Focused and detail-oriented
-Good at reading and writing in English
-Happy to learn and improve
-Friendly and ready to work with a team
-Not afraid to make mistakes and grow from them

**What You’ll Be Doing (Daily & Monthly)**
Daily Tasks:
-Read speaker profiles to learn about each speaker
-Use Google and AI tools to search for speaking events
-Add event info into Google Sheets or Airtable
-Send event links to the speaker for approval
-Fill out and submit applications for approved events
-Stay organized and update your trackers
-Join team check-ins
Monthly Goals:
-Research and find 30 good events per speaker
-Manage up to 10 different speaker accounts
-Submit approved applications quickly (within 7 days)
-Keep all documents and sheets fully updated
-Follow best practices from our training
