Hi! I run a real estate media company specializing in photography, video tours, drone shots, and social media content for realtors and brokers. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me stay organized and deliver an amazing experience to my clients.
Main tasks include:
-Scheduling property shoots and managing my calendar
-Sending reminders and follow-up
-Organizing photo and video files in Google Drive or Dropbox
-Quality Control of photos before they are delivered to the client
-Skilled in Photoshop/Lightroom to fix small things on photos before delivery
-Uploading content to listing websites or social media (optional, nice to have)
-Keeping track of deliverables and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
-Light admin work, such as updating spreadsheets, creating invoices, or basic Canva graphics (optional)
