Lake Point Insurance Agency, a fast-growing U.S.-based insurance brokerage, is looking for a highly experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience quoting home and auto insurance and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare home and auto insurance quotes across multiple carriers
Process policy changes and endorsements
Communicate with clients via phone, text and
Organize and manage
Keep client records updated in our system
Assist with general office admin tasks (data entry, filing, follow-ups)
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience working as a Virtual Assistant for a U.S. insurance agency
Extensive background in quoting personal lines (home and auto insurance) – looking for accuracy and speed
Strong experience with EZLynx (required)
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Quiet home office setup with fast internet
Bonus If You Have Experience With:
Quoting or servicing Commercial or Business Insurance
Completing continuing education or training related to insurance or admin work
