Marketing + Admin Virtual Assistant

I am creating a health and wellness startup launching a national program called The SOMA Method, helping people reverse chronic disease through lifestyle change.

I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help me grow my personal brand and business through content creation, podcast editing, marketing outreach, medical research, and light admin support.

This is a part-time remote role (15–20 hours/week) starting at $4.50/hr with opportunity for a raise after a 3-month trial. If you’re passionate about health, social media, and building something meaningful from the ground up — I want to work with you.

Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation

Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from podcasts, behind-the-scenes, and wellness content

Write captions and help post/schedule content across platforms

Help brainstorm content ideas and stay on top of trends

Podcast Support (In future)

Pull highlight clips from podcast episodes

Write titles and short summaries

Upload to YouTube and podcast hosting platforms

Market Research & Outreach

Research other health brands, insurance billing info,, pricing models, practices and competitor programs

Find potential leads or partners and help with outreach

Assist with building a client database and gathering testimonials

Admin & Brand Building

Organize project deadlines and content calendar

Help with light Canva design and internal documentation (SOPs, spreadsheets)

Respond to DMs or comments when needed

Assist with website and brand creation

Ideal Qualifications
1+ year of VA, social media, or marketing experience

Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok/YouTube content strategy

Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools

Speaks and writes fluent English

Proactive and self-managed – doesn’t wait for instructions to take action

Excited to work with a mission-driven entrepreneur building a health and longevity brand

Bonus if you have interest or experience in wellness, fitness, or coaching industries
