**Who are We?**
At Assort Health, we are developing the first generative AI voice AI agent built for healthcare. The number one reason patients can not access care is due to long hold times preventing them from scheduling appointments. We have developed a proprietary AI technology that is the market leader in assisting clinics with the high volume of phone calls and reducing hold times so patients can access exception care anywhere and anytime.
**About the role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team and help as we scale hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You will work closely with our Founding Recruiter.
**What you'll do**
- 2-6 years of experience in an internal fast-paced recruitment role and have a successful track record of hiring top talent, ideally with a technical focus.
- You’re creative (and know that job adverts and LinkedIn are not the only channels of headhunting candidates). You love to research and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving. You get stuck into various platforms, technology tools, social networks and databases to uncover the best talent in the world.
- You have a strong interest in and willingness toward embracing new genAI sourcing automation and new ways of running sourcing and recruiting functions with this tech.
- Own the recruiting process from role kick-off to close, including managing candidates and hiring teams
- Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talent
- Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms and by targeted networking
- Take ownership of scheduling for all on-sites
- Ability to handle quick & constant change
- Help brainstorm creative ways to engage candidates during remote interview
- Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve yourself and others
**What we're looking for**
- Able to work hours from 7:30AM PT - 7PM PT
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting sourcing, coordination, HR operations
- Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing tools (like Dripify, Gem, LinkedIn)
- Experience with internal tools like Slack, Notion and Google Suite (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
**Bonus points**
- Experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
- Proficiency with project management software like Notion
- Experience with HRIS systems, like Rippling
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific terminology
- Experience with HR operations/regulations for the United States
