We Are Looking for Full-Time Shopify Operations & Product VA (Multi-Tasker) for Our Shopify Stores.

Salary is : 400 $ / Monthly

Key Responsibilities :

Product Management :
Implement weekly and promotional price changes quickly and accurately.
Cross-check margins after every adjustment to protect profitability.
Review new/imported products for images, descriptions, variants, SEO fields
Publish only fully-approved products; return clear feedback for revisions when needed.
Maintain clean tags, collections, and metafields for easy navigation.

Google Merchant Setup :
Create Google Merchant Centers and manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center.
Troubleshoot disapprovals or suspensions and resubmit promptly.
Ensure titles, GTINs, prices, and availability stay perfectly synced.

Communication :
Monitor shared inboxes for supplier, system, and internal emails.
Draft and send templated messages on price changes, stock issues, and product launches.
Maintain low response times with a friendly, solution-oriented tone
Shopify Store Creation & Maintenance :
Create New Shopify Stores from scratch when needed
Perform routine theme edits (menus, banners, policy pages, metafields).
Spot and fix broken links, outdated images, and inconsistent copy.

About you :
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Hands-on experience with Shopify admin (product management, basic theme edits, Google Merchant) is a must-have.
Proficiency using Excel / Google Sheets for bulk edits, VLOOKUPs, and data checking.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without constant oversight. you double-check your own work
Strong time management: you prioritize tasks and finish what you start.
Proactive and resourceful: you can troubleshoot small issues before asking for help
