JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a small but mighty real estate team based in Omaha, Nebraska, and we’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and team-oriented Virtual Assistant who’s ready to grow with us. This role starts as administrative support and transitions into a Transaction Coordinator role.

About the Role (What You’ll Do First 30 Days):
-Support us in administrative and back-office tasks
-Manage Google Calendar invites and track items via Google Sheets
-Begin learning our compliance processes using SkySlope and Dotloop
-Assist in uploading and organizing files and documents
-Sit in on tea ---------- etings and take notes or help organize next steps
-Get to know our systems: Open to Close, Flodesk and more
-Help us stay organized with our ideas and internal to-dos

31 Days and Beyond – You’ll Transition Into:
-Transaction Coordination using Open to Close
-Compliance checks and file uploads using SkySlope
-Support for listing management
-Help organize marketing materials (bonus if you like Canva!)
-Possible light support with social media and video editing
-Long-term support in helping us work on the business—not just in it

Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
-Open to Close
-Dotloop
-SkySlope
-Flodesk
-Canva
-Slack
-Boomtown

What We’re Looking For:
-Someone who wants to grow long-term with a team that values loyalty
-Comfortable working in U.S. Central Time Zone (CST)
-Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
-Strong written English and confident communication
-Excellent attention to detail and accountability
-A self-starter who thrives on figuring things out and taking initiative
-Values team culture and wants to be part of something meaningful
-Loves learning, asks great questions, and welcomes feedback

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required):
-Video editing experience
-Knowledge of CRMs or database cleanup
-Light experience with social media posting/scheduling

Compensation & Benefits:
-Salary Rate: $1,300/month
-Paid biweekly (15th and 30th of the month) via Wise
-Salary increase and leave benefits after 6 months

Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Work during U.S. Central Time
