Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, 20hrs/week) – Admin + Content Creation

About Us

GolfRep is a fast-growing marketing agency helping golf clubs across the UK increase membership, bookings, and revenue through digital campaigns. We’re a small but focused team that values proactivity, attention to detail, and taking ownership.

We’re now looking for a sharp, organised and creative Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations and keep our content engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Admin & Client Support (70%)
- Monitor our Business WhatsApp groups & client comms
- Update Trello boards, tasks, and keep client strategies up to date
- Assist with onboarding new clients (forms, access, CRM updates)
- Proactively chase missing assets from clients
- Prepare campaign summaries and basic reporting
- Handle email inbox management and reminders

Social Media Content Support (30%)

- Design 1 post per day for Instagram and LinkedIn using Canva
- Schedule posts in advance (topics/themes will be provided 2 weeks ahead)
- Follow brand guidelines and match our visual identity
- Write simple, professional captions when needed

Must-Have Skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong Canva design skills
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Trello, Google Drive, WhatsApp Web
Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Fast, stable internet connection

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

Experience working with UK-based clients or agencies
Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel
Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn posting best practices
