We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our men’s health & fitness coaching brand on Instagram.

Your main job will be reaching out to potential clients via cold DMs, using pre-written templates and a trained AI tool. You will also support our internal systems by helping with simple admin tasks using Notion and other tools.

No creative work required — just step-by-step execution of our processes.

???? Responsibilities:
Send (cold) D ---------- ssages daily using our scripts + AI tools

Update leads and client notes inside Notion CRM

Create client documents based on pre-built templates

Copy-paste information from forms to dashboards

Support simple administrative tasks as needed

? Requirements:
Good written English

Able to follow instructions carefully

Experience with DM outreach (preferred, but not required)

Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Docs, or CRMs

Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented

Self-organized and responsive with communication

???? Compensation & Hours:

Atleast 20 hrs/week or Full-time (up to 40 hrs/week)

Bonuses possible for performance & call bookings
