Virtual Assistant for Catering & Street Food Business

A reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, admin, marketing, and customer communication for a London-based catering and street food business. We’re looking for a smart, organised and resourceful VA to help manage:

Customer emails and event enquiries

Social media scheduling and engagement

Menu and document formatting

Order management and booking confirmations

Speaking to the customer to customise their perfect menu

You’ll work directly with the business owner (Adrian) and must be proactive and comfortable working independently. Excellent English is essential. Some knowledge of food or hospitality is a plus but not required.
