Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Client Strategy Coordinator (CSC) to support and assist our Client Strategy Managers (CSM). The Client Strategy team is responsible for providing our clients with consulting services focused on IT strategy, budgeting and security.
This remote role is ideal for a task-oriented professional who can assist with scheduling, communication, quoting, data entry, light project management and other tasks supporting the Client Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and confirm schedules for CSMs client meetings
• Assist in creating presentations and reports for client meetings
• Retrieve vendor quotes and create client facing quotes for product and services
• Manage tickets in company ticketing system for CSMs
• Help manage expenses for team
• Assist with client questions and escalations
Professional Competencies:
• 5+ years of experience in IT Account Management, Executive Assistance, IT Support, or a combination of those skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while following established procedures and management guidance.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with time tracking and ticketing systems.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required.
• Very strong in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Technical Skills:
Qualified candidate will have worked with, have knowledge of, or be very familiar with:
• Overall understanding of small business technology needs
• Microsoft 365 Office Suite
• Microsoft 365 Applications and licensing.
• Personal Computer hardware
• Server, networking and printing hardware and software applications.
• Cyber Security basics
Preferred Qualifications:
• Similar experience in Managed IT Services or a similar support role.
• Project management
