JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the sales team. This position offers hourly pay with the opportunity to earn 5% commission on closed sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Appointment Setting:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.

Qualify leads based on their needs and schedule appointments with the sales team.

Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM tools and spreadsheets.

Confirm appointments and ensure the sales team has all the necessary information for meetings.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including maintaining client records, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.

Assist the team with data entry, managing calendars, and preparing materials for client meetings.

Respond to client inquiries and help with basic client communications as needed.

Sales Assistance:

Assist in the sales process by coordinating between leads and the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointments to closed deals.

Help track and report on sales metrics and appointments scheduled.

Reporting & Metrics:

Report weekly on the number of appointments scheduled and leads converted to clients.

Track commissions and update records regularly to reflect performance.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support is preferred.

Goal-Oriented: Able to meet targets, manage your time effectively, and exceed expectations.

Tech-Savvy: Familiar with digital communication tools (email, calendar management, etc.).

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring all client data is accurately recorded.

Professional & Friendly Demeanor: Strong communication skills with an ability to engage potential clients professionally and courteously.

This position will be for 10 - 20 hours a week.
