JOB OVERVIEW

(Instructions to apply are below) My name is Kayla, and I am looking for an amazing rockstar Executive/Administrative Assistant for my very good friends Tristan and Sabrina Truscott.

I am not an agency, you will be working with and paid directly with Tristan and Sabrina’s company, I’m just helping them find a rockstar!

We have found some fantastic tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines for our team at Transform Destiny, and I am on a mission to help some of our good friends in our business circles find the same without having to go through agencies.

Tristan and Sabrina (we like to call them “Trisbrina”!) are two of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. They are so sweet and kind, ethical and honest, and are truly wanting to make the world a better place. Whomever we pick to work in this amazing company will really have a once in a lifetime opportunity to do some great work with great people.

They own and run a company called Satori Method which helps people feel better, live with more purpose, and unlock their full potential using a mix of energy practices, mindset tools, and personal growth techniques. Tristan and Sabrina make transformation fun and practical by blending ancient wisdom with modern strategies.

You can read about their company at: ----------

We are looking for a new Executive/Administrative Assistant to join their team full-time! You'll be in charge of keeping everything in the business organized, in line, and running smoothly. You will be working directly with Tristan, Sabrina, and Sabrina’s brother (who runs the customer support) and they are looking for someone who will proactively look for ways to help!

The way Tristan put it is, he is ready for someone to “manage him” and not someone he needs to manage. So we need someone who is extra sharp, on the ball, a task-master, and is great at not only starting projects, but also seeing them through to fruition.

Also someone who can speak-up and point out your own strengths and how you can help in more ways than just what they may ask you to do. I love a good assistant who sees me doing something or needing something, and then tells me “Hey, I can do that for you! Would you like me to take that off of your plate?” Well, that is what they need.
You’ll also be helping with calendar management, project management, and email management. They also really need someone who has a lot of experience in creating and using SOP’s. They have been a small team for a long time, and now are ready to take their business to the next level so systems and processes really need to be documented for a soon-to-be growing team.

After some time, there will be more responsibilities for you to take on as you learn and grow with the company, and maybe some leadership opportunities as well.

The hours would be on a US schedule, Mon-Fri from 8:00 am until 5:00 Central time (with an hour lunch)

Occasionally they may need some help on weekends when they are hosting an event, and if so your hours during the week would just be adjusted.

We need someone who:

* Has a love for organization, lists, calendars, etc., and is good at keeping things organized in a way that others can understand and access when needed
* Has a minimum of 5 years experience working in the same or similar position
* Is proactive, and will regularly look for ways to be helpful rather than just waiting to be told what to do
* Is comfortable jumping right in and being self-sufficient
* Is very reliable, organized, trustworthy, and can keep private information private
* Has a backup internet plan (like a hotspot) if the internet goes down, and a back-up generator/battery if power goes out
* Is comfortable using AI tools, and sees the benefits in using AI to get amazing results
* Is comfortable and excited to learn new softwares
* Already comfortable with Google tools, and quite possibly also with Canva and Capcut
* Has a positive attitude, takes feedback well, and implements things that you learn
* Is detail-oriented, and takes time to double check your work to make sure it is correct
* Loves to give 110%, is interested in a full-time, long-term career, and growing with an amazing, positive team. Someone who always goes the extra mile, not someone who does just enough to get by
* Is comfortable working on TimeDoctor (similar to TimeProof)
* Is comfortable and happy working from home on your own with minimal supervision
* Is comfortable asking a lot of questions for clarity rather than guessing, and will communicate with your executives right away if there are any issues, concerns, or questions

We are looking for someone who wants to stay with them long term!
