JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Admin Assistant
Compensation: $5.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Starting at 10 hrs per week
Schedule: Flexible, but must be available during Pacific business hours (9am–5pm PST / 1am–9am PHT)

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant who can bring structure to our daily operations and help our lead consultant stay focused on growing the business.

Our ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has excellent written communication skills—especially in drafting documents like SOPs, manuals, reports, and business proposals. If you have banking or IT experience, that's a big bonus.

This is a high-impact support role: We're at capacity and need someone who can take day-to-day admin tasks off our plates, bring structure to our systems, and support internal communication and project coordination.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage and organize emails, documents, and spreadsheets
- Draft, format, and proofread business documentation: SOPs, reports, manuals, contracts, proposals
- Track internal tasks and help keep the team's workload balanced
- Learn and help manage our website and support ticketing system
- Support internal team communication via Microsoft Teams
- Assist in coordinating team & tasks using tools like Asana
- Organize and standardize internal workflows and procedures
- Provide general administrative support (calendar updates, formatting, reminders, etc.)

Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent written communication (grammar, clarity, tone)
- Proactive and responsive — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Can work independently, but happy to collaborate via Teams or email


Hard Skills:
- Must have: Experience in writing technical content (SOPs, documentation, business processes)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Bonus: Background in banking, consulting, or IT (esp. security or system management)


Working Hours:
- Must be available during Pacific Time business hours (9am–5pm PST) for team calls or collaboration
- Flexibility is okay, but same-day responsiveness is expected
