JOB OVERVIEW

We are Harber Media, a real estate media company based in Los Angeles, California. We provide high-quality photography, video, aerials, floor plans, and virtual tours for top-producing real estate agents. We’re fast, professional, and focused on exceptional service.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Virtual Admin Assistant who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth. Your role is to help keep our backend operations smooth and efficient, so our front-facing team can stay focused on client relationships and creative production.

Work Hours:
10 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule (asynchronous work is fine)
Opportunity to grow hours over time

Salary:
$4.50 to $6.00 USD per hour
Paid weekly via PayPal

Responsibilities:
Organize and rename photo & video files in Google Drive or Dropbox
Upload files (including floor plans) to client portals
Update Google Sheets with shoot and delivery data
Track loyalty rewards progress using our system
Send confirmation and reminder emails using templates
Maintain records of client activity in spreadsheets and CRM
Log mileage, cancellations, and reschedules
Monitor inbox for basic admin tasks and flag anything urgent
Other administrative tasks as needed
Tools You’ll Use (Training Provided):
Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
Dropbox
GoHighLevel CRM (experience is a plus)
Slack or WhatsApp for communication

Requirements:
Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and self-motivated
Tech-savvy with solid file and spreadsheet skills
Looking for a long-term position with room to grow
Experience supporting U.S. businesses is a plus
Familiarity with real estate or media companies is a bonus
