Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Remote) - Daytime Shift

Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant looking for a dynamic role? Marketing Agency Integrated is on the hunt for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to work 40 hours per week (Sydney time) for one of our esteemed clients in the physiotherapy and chiropractic care industry. (Client details will be disclosed during the initial screening interview.)

Key Responsibilities:
• Blog Management: Plan, write and publish engaging content.
• Bookkeeping: Manage financial records and invoices.
• Content Writing & Copywriting: Create compelling and persuasive content.
• Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns.
• Data Entry: Ensure accurate and organised data records.
• Email Management & Marketing: Handle communication and campaigns.
• Enquiry Management: Efficiently manage client queries.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and organise virtual or physical events.
• Social Media Management:
• Facebook & Instagram Management: Oversee daily activity and engagement.
• Facebook & Instagram Ads Management: Plan, execute and optimise ad campaigns.
• Post Scheduling: Utilise tools like Buffer, Hootsuite or Planoly.
• Social Media Content Creation: Develop creative and captivating content.
• General Administration: Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential leads.
• Product Research: Conduct market and product research.
