I am a full-time professional managing a demanding career in architecture while building a houseware startup brand on the side. I live and work in UAE. Additionally, I have significant family responsibilities, including supporting my wife, mother, siblings, and extended family. I am looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage a variety of personal and professional tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis: Conduct high-quality online research on various topics, including market trends, business insights, product sourcing, and personal matters.
Email
Flight & Travel Bookings: Research and book flights, accommodations, and travel arrangements.
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, note taking, and personal commitments to ensure optimal time management.
Document Preparation & Scope Writing: Assist in writing and formatting reports, proposals, presentations, and other business-related documents.
Personal Errands: Handle online orders, appointments, and other personal administrative tasks.
Data Organization & Management: Maintain structured databases, spreadsheets, and reports for business and personal use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word – Ability to create and manage structured documents and spreadsheets effectively.
Fast & Excellent Online Research Skills – Ability to find, analyze, and summarize information quickly and accurately.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain clear records.
Proactive & Resourceful – Ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and anticipate needs.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to draft clear and professional
Confidentiality & Trustworthiness – Ability to handle sensitive personal and business information with discretion.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using productivity tools, cloud storage, and online booking platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is a must.
Experience with Notion is a plus.
Background in business support, operations, or administrative roles.
Working with projects in Middle east experience is a plus
Product design and sourcing experience is a plus
