Your Responsibilities:

- Manage email support for leads, guiding them to book appointments with our sales team.
- Assist our finance application coordinator with tasks such as:
- Analysing bank statements and preparing documents for lenders.
- Updating our CRM system with precision.
- Handling other administrative tasks as needed.
- Receive full training to excel in your role.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must:

- Have proven experience in email and admin support.
- Possess a solid finance industry background.
- Be skilled at following up with leads and ensuring timely responses.
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be proficient in using CRMs and data entry.
- Be a fast learner, self-motivated, and organised.
- Demonstrate fluency in English (C1/C2 Advanced/Mastery level).
- Commit to working 45 hours per week (Monday–Friday).
- Shift: 6 AM to 3 PM (Philippine time).
- Be reliable and eager to work with us for at least 12 months.
