Our pet waste removal business is searching for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure seamless day-to-day processes. We cater to both residential and commercial clients, and your contributions will be integral to our success.

About Us
Our business specializes in pet waste removal services, creating cleaner and safer outdoor spaces for our clients. We manage leads from multiple channels, including Facebook Messenger, text messages, phone calls, and online intake forms. Our goal is to provide quick and accurate quotes and ensure smooth onboarding for clients seeking one-time or recurring services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries via text, email, and phone, addressing requests for quotes and following up on leads promptly.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and detailed notes.
- Transcribe video content into professional text documents for online publication.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring professionalism and timely resolution of concerns.
- Support social media activities, including posting and managing content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
- Learn and utilize tools like Jobber and ResponsiBid for client acquisition and lead management.
- Coordinate and schedule services once quotes are approved.
- Provide ongoing updates to client accounts and ensure smooth scheduling of one-time or recurring services.

Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram) and familiarity with WordPress.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn tools for client management.
- Strong transcription skills for converting video content into professional text documents.
- Competence in using Google Sheets for data entry and report generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients.
- Availability to work during our core business hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with clients on the phone.
- Basic proficiency with design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Experience with CRM system Jobber and ResponsiBid and lead nurturing workflows.
