Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. This is a strategic leadership opportunity where you will drive recruitment efforts, shaping the future of our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent for key roles across our growing organization.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing talent acquisition strategies for our Real Estate and Construction business units. You will lead a team of recruiters, work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, and ensure that we attract and hire the best candidates for high-impact roles across the organization. Your expertise in US Real Estate recruitment will be critical in sourcing top-tier professionals with the skills and experience to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership in Talent Acquisition:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies focused on attracting top talent for Real Estate, Construction, and related sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, goal achievement, and continuous professional growth. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to drive team success and improve recruitment processes.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate candidate profiles, and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Targeted Sourcing & Networking:
Lead innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the US Real Estate market, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, and networking. Engage passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Employer Branding & Market Positioning:
Shape and promote the organization’s employer brand as a top choice for talent within the US Real Estate sector. Ensure the company’s values, culture, and career growth opportunities are communicated effectively to attract high-quality candidates.
• Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance rates) to continuously improve recruitment processes. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and strategies.
• Collaboration with Senior Leadership:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, offering insights and guidance on talent trends, market compensation, and competitive hiring strategies for the Real Estate and Construction industries.
• Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI):
Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts. Ensure that diverse candidate slates are considered for every role and lead initiatives to build a more inclusive workforce.
• Continuous Improvement & Industry Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in talent acquisition, technology, and industry-specific recruitment challenges. Drive process improvements to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Must have a background in recruiting for US Real Estate companies, with a deep understanding of the talent landscape and recruitment practices specific to the industry.
- Proven success in recruiting for Real Estate, Construction, and related sectors, with experience in sourcing for both technical and business roles.
• Skills:
- Strong proficiency in recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche industry sites) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and advise senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Expertise in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques for diverse roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data for process improvements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with high-level candidates.
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) a plus.
