Role Overview: Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist
This fully remote role focuses on driving client growth and enhancing our digital presence through lead generation, social media management, and content creation. Light administrative tasks will also be required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
- Attract residential and commercial clients using effective strategies.
- Use tools to manage leads and improve conversions.
- Work with the sales team for a smooth lead handover.

Social Media Management:
- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Run targeted campaigns to generate leads and grow brand awareness.
- Monitor performance and refine strategies for better results.

Content Creation:
- Develop visuals, videos, and posts that align with our brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep content fresh.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Administrative Support (1–2 hours/week):
-Assist with scheduling and responding to inquiries.

What We’re Looking For

2 + years of experience in lead generation, social media, or digital marketing (service industry experience preferred).
Skilled in using digital tools to optimize workflows and strategies.
Creative with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
Data-driven with excellent organizational and communication skills.
