Job Summary:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support focusing on data processing, utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently. This position requires proficiency in spreadsheet management, data entry, and ensuring accurate reporting and effective task management.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management
Input, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
Process and reconcile data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Assist in generating reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting the data analysis process.
Perform data validation and cleaning to maintain data integrity.
Microsoft Excel Expertise:
Create and manage complex spreadsheets, including data tables, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
Develop and use formulas, functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF, etc.), and macros to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Create and manage data templates for reporting and data entry.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, filing documents, and answering phone calls.
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in generating regular reports from data, ensuring they meet business needs.
Identify trends and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure accurate reporting.
Communicate data findings clearly to other departments and stakeholders.
Miscellaneous:
Handle confidential information in compliance with company policies.
Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or higher preferred (particularly in Business Administration, Data Management, or related field).
Experience:
Minimum of [X] years of experience in administrative support or a related role.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis).
Experience in data processing, data entry, and database management.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Access).
