Material Index is an exciting, fast growing startup based in London. A Mixture of Architects, engineers, software developers and designers we enjoy a collaborative work environment.

Initially supporting with key administrative tasks, you will be provided with the opportunity to grow and develop as the company grows.


THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

We have grown rapidly over the past 18 months to a team of 15 people and expect to keep growing as we capture more of the market. As a result there are many tasks across the business where support is needed.

You will become a key member of the operations team, but help across the business with various tasks, which will include:

Being extremely diligent and organized.
Ensuring team tasks are completed on time and chase staff on their actions
Creating and issuing invoices
Booking events
Managing the team calendar
Desk top research to identify new clients and business partner organisations
Business analytics
Preparing tender quotes and reports from templates

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between: £3 per hour = £480 per month = = $617 per month = PHP 36,245
This position is available immediately
This is a Long term contractor to be part of core team
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Preferably a schedule that aligns with UK working hours. We work 9-6pm.
We will consider other arrangements with a minimum 4-hour overlap with UK working hours
You will be available for at least: 40 hours per week
We will pay you Monthly, can pay weekly if preferred
You will get paid time off for vacations
Paid training, End of year bonus, 13 month pay as standard, Paid days off
