JOB OVERVIEW

I'm hiring again (5th VA now) - Looking for a customer service support specialist who wants to join a fast growing team with opportunities for more pay, responsibilities for growth and flexibility.

If you are detail-oriented, organized and a great communicator, this might be the perfect fit for you.

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you:
- Schedule and manage complex GHL calendars, requiring interaction with all coaches, lead coach and the founder,as well as vendors to coordinate a variety of meetings
- Draft reports, letters and presentations using various software tools such as Google docs, spreadsheets and other google office products
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, vendors and other external partners for general business, tea ---------- mber and administrative needs.
- Support tracking of SMC KPIs
- Communicate regularly with the lead SMC and Owner to ensure they are prepared, organized, on schedule and ready for all meetings and events.
- Support SMC staff by ensuring customers are successfully meeting goals and upsell consults when they are not
- Maintain and distribute monthly Organization Charts for Leadership
- Assist with the planning and coordinating company events and extracurricular activities
- Create FB ads and GHL nurture sequencing to acquire new leads to fill Lead coaches schedule
- Manage and vet all incoming leads to scheduled appointments.
- Manage notes in GHL for all lead calls so that practitioner is set up for success
- Manage new lead call using our 2 point of contact call script
- Manage all new client paperwork and payments to ensure all appointments are paid and the Lead Coach or other practitioner is set up for success
- Be available for special projects and general administrative duties as assigned
- Work hours 8-4 EST M-F with some weekend new lead nurture required

I run a consulting company and work with successful entrepreneurs (most of them own a multiple 6-figure to 7-figure business in annual recurring revenue.)
