Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Assistant/Admin (Real Estate Photography/Media)

Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time virtual assistant to join our growing real estate photography/media business. This is job requires a keen attention to detail. You will play a crucial part in quality control, ensuring the final photos delivered to clients meet our high standards. Long-term employment depends on how well expectations are met in this critical role. The position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
Photo Quality Control: Review and edit photos received from editors, ensuring they meet quality standards before delivery to clients.
Project Management: Sort, organize, and upload photos to the appropriate portals (e.g., Aryeo, Dropbox, and Zillow – training is provided).
Client Communication: Deliver finished projects via email and handle client invoicing promptly.
Social Media Content Creation: Select top photos and create visually appealing photo carousels for Instagram and Facebook using mobile apps or templates.
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in managing schedules and ensuring smooth client bookings.
Potential to Grow: Opportunity to transition into a full-time role, handling email and phone bookings.

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and an eye for spotting discrepancies in photo quality.
Ability to pick top photos for social media creatively.
Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Aryeo, Dropbox, ShowingTime+, and Zillow (preferred but not required).
Fluency in English.
Prior customer service and admin experience (real estate media experience is a plus but not required).

Availability during 7 AM - 11 AM PST (10 PM - 3 AM Philippine time) with possible Saturday shifts.

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience.
