We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Real Estate Assistant to support our administrative operations. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling,
• Coordinate property listings and prepare MLS inputs for new listings.
• Assist in drafting and proofreading real estate contracts, agreements, and other documents.
• Handle transaction coordination, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance is maintained.
• Maintain client and agent database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create and manage digital marketing materials for social media platforms and property listings.
• Support agents with research, lead management, and other sales support tasks as needed.
• Prepare weekly reports, track key metrics, and provide updates to leadership.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in real estate or as an administrative assistant (experience with U.S. real estate preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with MLS systems, transaction coordination software, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Brokermint, RedX, or similar real estate-specific software.
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate compliance and regulations.
• Graphic design or content creation skills.
