Job Description
As the Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive operations and facilitating our international expansion. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks to optimize our business processes and free up the CEO’s time to focus on strategic goals.

Core responsibilities:
- Assist in importing and translating product pages to various international stores, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance in translations.

- Make necessary updates to the website, such as adjusting Google categories, modifying product titles or descriptions, and ensuring overall content quality.

- Set up and manage conversion campaigns for our international stores.

- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating spreadsheets, adding new data, and maintaining accurate records across various platforms.

- Handle other related tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our operations and help reduce the CEO’s administrative load.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.

- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle various tasks efficiently.

- Strong command of English, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant plus.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work flexibly on an on-call basis, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
