JOB OVERVIEW

As a Partner Success Specialist, you’ll support our Referral Partners and their clients with BOI reporting services. Your role includes managing relationships, providing expert advice, and ensuring smooth reporting processes through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for Referral Partners, offering support and guidance on BOI reporting.
Support: Assist partners and clients with BOI reporting requirements and troubleshooting.
Training: Deliver training and create resources to help partners support their clients. Comprehensive training on BOI reporting will be provided.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues efficiently.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress.
Feedback: Gather and report feedback to improve services.
Engagement: Monitor partner engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Experience in client support.
Familiarity with BOI reporting is a plus; training provided.
Strong communication skills for texting, emailing, and calling.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM and project management tools.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
