Remote Commercial Mortgage Loan Processor

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter that can operate with limited supervision. The position is responsible for underwriting and decisions within the delegated lending authority, within SLAs, and meeting production requirements. The evaluation process encompasses analyzing the underlying property, the surrounding market and demographic area, and the financial strength and experience of the borrower/guarantor.

* Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* High integrity and respect for confidentiality are invaluable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflows
* Must have strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Financial Statement Spreading Tools
* Knowledge of financial accounting theory and logic, loan structuring, commercial products and services

Must have the following;

• Own a PC or laptop with a webcam (at least Core i3 and up)
• Noise-canceling headset
• Stable internet connection
