JOB OVERVIEW

Customer service representative for an Independent Insurance Agency
-Experience working in an administrative role, in a fast-paced office environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and input as to how to improve our systems of managing our clients.
-Phenomenal organizer and not afraid of coming up with new ideas for the smoother operation of the office and client relationships.
-Positive, energetic, and astute listening skills and strong writing abilities.
-A can-do, "make it happen" attitude. Tea ---------- ntality, ready to jump in where needed.
-Comfortable interacting with people through email, phone, and text
-Prioritize deadlines, and a willingness to accept new projects and responsibilities as needed while keeping a positive, upbeat personality.
-Assist with maintaining office records and files.
-Excellent computer skills, able to easily retrieve data and reports.
-Responsibilities may include entry of personal data of the owner.
