Administrative Virtual Assistant

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant. This role calls for candidates who thrive in operational/administrative environments as they will be tasked with ensuring smooth operations through various auditing tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and customer service skills.

As this is a voice role, you must be able to speak English fluently with little to no grammatical errors.

Responsibilities of the VA:
- Auditing appointment details: Making sure products used during appointments are accurate and properly documented.
- Verifying appointment times: Confirming that technicians spent the right amount of time at appointments (using GPS data) and comparing it with their clock-in/out times.
- Reviewing cancellations: Analyzing appointment cancellations to identify if they could have been avoided and updating cancellation reasons.
- Handling customer inquiries: Responding to emails and texts related to payments and collections, following established processes.
- Freezing accounts: Freezing accounts that are out of warranty and managing customer billing based on service completion dates.
- Sales support: Calculating commissions for sales representatives and monitoring their tasks.
- Lead assistance: Verifying that qualified leads receive proposals and following up with non-converted leads.
Other general duties as assigned.

- Full-time role (40 hours)
- Monday to Friday only
- 8am-5pm EDT/EST time zone (GMT-4)

Compensation: $6/hour

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience, ideally in administrative or accounting roles
- Experience in CRM systems
- Ability to work independently
- High level of proficiency in the English language
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and a critical thinker
- Strong command of the English language
- Administrative experience is a plus
