Scheduler/Quality Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Scheduler/Quality Auditor to oversee transportation, human resources, medication coordination, life enhancement programs, and case management. This remote position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure the seamless operation of various departments and the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for residents, including scheduling, route planning, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Coordinate and manage medication refills, ensuring timely delivery and administration.
• Oversee the decoration of the community for special occasions.
• Work closely with Case Managers to supervise resident care records and ensure quality assurance.
• Conduct resident observations and reviews, complying with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with residents' guardians, care teams, and medical staff regarding care plans and changes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple departments remotely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting or knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
