We are on the lookout for a dedicated and organized Administrative and Content Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support various administrative and content-related tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle personal tasks, maintain our websites, set up weekly meeting notes, and prepare and QA blog posts.
Compensation: Starting at $7 / hour for 40 hours a week, and will be reviewed after 6 months.
Start Date: Immediately
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Administrative Tasks:
- Pay bills and organize calendars.
- Assist in managing and organizing personal and work-related schedules.
2. Content + Website Tasks:
- Prepare, publish, and QA blog posts.
- Maintain and tidy up websites using Webflow.
- Prepare content visuals using Canva.
3. Meeting Coordination:
- Set up and document weekly meeting notes.
4. Task Management and Collaboration
- Support in creating and maintaining Kanban boards for task management.
- Coordinate with other tea
- Collaborate with the Lead Executive Assistant and Social Media and Content Assistant to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Back up devices in case of emergencies/natural disasters/outages.
- Good camera, mic, lighting, and work area
- Proficiency in using Google Apps (docs, slides,
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using productivity tools and software.
