JOB OVERVIEW

SMBC Marketing Solutions Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative who is a great team-player, a fast-learner, and very adaptable! We are looking for an applicant with a pleasing personality, and with values that are essential for a customer-facing role.

Your day-to-day tasks while you are training will include the following:

Learn our store products and ask questions, to ensure that what you are learning about what we offer.
Follow our guidelines. If you do not know an answer, ask for help.
Learn that our customers are our top priority, and all communication must be done in a courteous manner.
On a normal day, your tasks will include the following:

• Answer all calls in a prompt manner.
• Answer Live Chats and reply to customers in a timely manner.
• Answer all tickets (emails) in a timely manner.
• Work on adjusted schedules during peak season (e.g., Black Friday).
• Accomplish assigned side tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
• 2-3 years CSR experience is a must! Applicant must be willing to work in a high-volume setting while efficiently providing the • • • Customer Service Experience through phone calls, emails, and live chats.
• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• At least 41 wpm typing speed.
• Fluent in speaking/writing in English.
• Willing to work in Central Standard/Daylight Time (graveyard shift in Philippine Time)
• Must have own computer or laptop with minimum specs that can perform the job function

Employment Type: Full-time
Work hours: 8 hours per day, following CST/CDT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST/CDT (actual work hours may vary)
Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: Remote
Start Date: Immediately (ASAP)
