Job Description:

Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? [Your Company Name] is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This role requires working 15 hours per week, with a schedule of 3 hours per day from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
Provide product information and troubleshoot issues with orders.
Manage and update customer information in our Shopify system.
Create and maintain reports using Google Sheets/Excel to track customer service metrics and feedback.
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer support, preferably with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for creating and maintaining reports.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
